£17.90 - £19.70 per hour UMBRELLA - 37 Hours Per Week

Rolling Monthly Contract (to cover internal secondment)

Are you passionate about technology and driven to make a difference? We’re looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Operations Technician to join our dynamic ICT team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the customer experience by supporting and promoting the effective use of ICT across the business.

• Deliver multiple level support across a wide range of systems and hardware.
• Promote the proactive use of ICT to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Provide support and cover for the IT Department as and when needed.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT projects.
• Install, maintain, repair, and manage ICT hardware and software applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and system administration tasks.
• Manage user access to networks and systems, ensuring proper authorisation and documentation.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests, identifying and implementing effective solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge across a variety of ICT systems and hardware.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
• Experience working in a multi-tiered support environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement.
