Key Responsibilities

• Providing first-line technical support to staff and students.
• Managing and maintaining the school's hardware, software, and network infrastructure (Google Drive).
• Resolving ICT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.
• Supporting the maintenance and development of schools' ICT resources.

Key Requirements

• Practical knowledge of ICT systems and Google Drive.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the resilience to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• A relevant ICT qualification or comparable experience.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently.
