ICU Pharmacist - West London - Private Hospital

Join our client's team as an ICU Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. In this role, you will:

• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to adult ICU patients
• Monitor, manage, and optimise drug therapies
• Attend and contribute to daily multidisciplinary ward rounds
• Support other departments such as surgery when needed
• Collaborate closely with ICU staff and prescribers to improve outcomes
• Maintain accurate, evidence-based clinical records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Hospital pharmacy experience is essential
• ICU experience is required - this is a specialist role
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This is a full-time locum post, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30. The initial contract is for 3 months starting in June, with strong potential to extend depending on service needs and performance.
