Immediate Start Accounts Assistant

My client is a rapidly expanding Manufacturing business and as such they have a requirement for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on initially a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, dealing with supplier statement reconciliation and supplier queries, raising sales invoices, chasing customers for payment and performing bank reconciliation. This is a fantastic experience for a candidate seeking an all-round accounts role within a medium-sized finance team with a realistic opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Skills required:

• Experience within all-round transactional accounts including both sales ledger and purchase ledger
• Be available immediately or on a short notice period
• Be a natural 'people person' with an ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to work in the office full time
