We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for some Implementation Advisors to join them for an initial 12-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Project manage the implementation of Treasury Payments, Reporting and payment verifications solutions for the clients EMEA client base (Corporate and FI clients).
• Work directly with clients to set up the connectivity through Host to Host and SWIFT FileAct channels using the clients proprietary file format.
• Oversee the delivery and execution of the projects in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the project in order for us to meet client expectations.
• Working in partnership with clients to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines.
• Assisting clients with technical connectivity and file formatting to facilitate the usage of the SEPA VOP solution.
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders on the progress of projects at various stages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with internal Business Partners as necessary to overcome problems and expedite project resolution.

Skills & Experience:

• Must be able to demonstrate a good level of experience with client facing roles, dealing with clients at all levels from Senior Treasury Management to Accounts Payable and client technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and also with external clients, in both written and oral formats.
• With multiple client projects being coordinated at any one time within the group, strong organization and project management skills will be key in ensuring the success of the projects assigned. A focus on quality, creativity and teamwork are also a pre-requisite.
• Self-motivated to identify and promote new improved processes and procedures, to strengthen risk control and time to revenue.
• Advantageous to have familiarity with Swift FileAct and/or Host to Host transmission formats such as SFTP and AS2
• Advantageous to have experience of working with EMEA Treasury payment types (e.g. SEPA, BACS)

Location:

This is a on-site working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Bromley office 5 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
