You'll play a key role in improving and developing assembly processes, particularly within drilling and fastening operations. The Role You will support and deliver engineering projects across manufacturing operations, including deploying new equipment, improving processes, and providing technical support on the shop floor. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
