Industrial Sewing Machinist

Location: Bridport

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday (Fridays off!)

Pay: £12.56 per hour

Contract: Temporary ongoing

Do you have sewing machine experience or a similar experience or are are someone eager to learn the trade?

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our growing team. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working with fabrics and machinery, this could be your perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines to assemble textile products.
• Accurately follow patterns, specifications, and measurements.
• Inspect finished items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist in other manual production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience with industrial sewing machines preferred (training available for the right candidate who will present transferable knowledge and skills).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to develop your skills.
