Job Title: Information Governance Officer
Location: Belfast
Salary: £34,000 per year
Contract Type: 3-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential for extension)
Working Style: Hybrid - 2 Days in the Office & 3 Days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the Recording of Processing Activities (RoPA)
• Maintain the Information Asset Register
• Develop a policy for email labelling to aid Records Management
• draught Subject Access Request policies in line with ICO guidance
• Create a comprehensive Data Protection policy, including data breach guidance and training
• Implement Data Protection Impact Assessment procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Governance
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
