Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team in Defence. This role involves creating high-level and low-level designs, bills of materials, and support documentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading the delivery of technical solutions through the design and build phases in the Defence sector.

• Develop High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs) for various technical solutions.
• Lead the delivery of technical projects from the design phase through to completion, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
• Manage and troubleshoot virtualization platforms, focusing on VMware vSphere 6.7 and/or 7 environments.
• Conduct fault finding and resolution related to ESX performance issues.
• Handle storage solutions including Veeam, NetApp, and other technologies like iscsi, FC, NFS, preferably Eternus.
• Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Stack environments, particularly with Windows Server 2019.

• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere 6.7 and/or 7.
• Desirable: VCP-DCV 2019+ certification or VCP5/6.
• Strong background in storage systems such as Veeam, NetApp, and others.
• MCSE certification or relevant experience in Microsoft Stack Troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in ISODE messaging products including MBOX, MSWITCH, MVAULT, and HARRIER Web Client.
• Experience with SQL, Network Data Diode, and Splunk.
