Inhouse Recruiter - FTC

Are you an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer who is immediately available looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment?

We are looking for a Recruiter to join an organisation based near Winchester on an initial 3 month contract to support the busy hiring needs across the business. You’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring key talent to keep their network running smoothly.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Service Technicians, Assistant Centre Managers, and Centre Managers.

• Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels.

• Screening applications and setting up interviews.

• Liaising with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment expertise.

• Coordinating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Representing the employer brand and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Recruiter Skills:

• Proven experience in high-volume, multi-site recruitment.

• Strong sourcing and skills.

• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (automotive or retail sector experience advantageous).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities.

• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
