Innovation Programme Manager

Join our client and be at the forefront of innovation and immersive experiences! We're looking for an Innovation Programme Manager to design and deliver cutting-edge, tech-driven experiences that showcase transformative technologies.

In this role you'll blend storytelling, emerging technology and customer-centric design to create engaging experiences across industries including Construction, Energy, Hospitality and Communications. You'll collaborate with a dynamic, global team, facilitate interactive workshops and lead strategic programme execution.

What You'll Do:

• Design & Deliver Innovation Experiences - Create experiences that bring emerging technologies to life through storytelling and hands-on engagement.
• Facilitate High-Impact Workshops - Lead customer-centric, design-thinking sessions that drive business transformation.
• Programme & Stakeholder Management - Oversee multiple initiatives, collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
• Bridge Business & Technology - Quickly grasp emerging tech trends and translate them into compelling, real-world applications.

What You'll Bring:

• Expertise in Experience Design & Customer-Centric Innovation - Strong background in design thinking, UX, CX or service design.
• Exceptional Storytelling & Communication Skills - Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
• Proven Programme/Project Management Skills - Experience handling multiple projects and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement - Confident leading interactive sessions with diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset - Proactive, problem-solving approach to innovation and experience design.
• Global & Cross-Industry Perspective - Ability to work across time zones and industries.
