Insurance officer needed in Oxford.

Previous insurance claims handling experience and knowledge of Highway law and the Insurance

claims process

Excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports

Ability to use own judgment in a range of situations, dealing with complex case issues and sensitive situations

Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)

Be able to make logical decisions working alone ensuring evidential trail of decision making is recorded

Self motivated and able to work as part of a team or equally on own initiative
