We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to design and oversee the integration landscape for a major digital transformation. This programme modernises core systems with Salesforce Education Cloud and supporting platforms, enabling AI-driven services and a seamless, modern user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and patterns across cloud and legacy systems.
• Lead development of integrations using Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Drive the transition from legacy platforms (e.g., SITS) to cloud-native solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and strategic guidance in an Agile environment.
• Lead and inspire a technical team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale integrations.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native integration patterns, particularly with Azure.
• Experience transitioning from legacy systems to modern digital platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Agile delivery experience with a track record of practical implementation.
