Intelligence Data Administrator

• Pay: £12.93 per hour (PAYE)
• Hours: 30 hours per week (9am till 3pm)

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Intelligence Data Administrator to join Bolton Council. The role involves inputting sensitive data onto the IDB (Intelligence Database) System and providing administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and an understanding of intelligence handling procedures.

• Input sensitive data accurately into the IDB system, ensuring compliance with data protection and security protocols.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and document management, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support operational teams by providing accurate and timely information.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the intelligence database.
• Collaborate with team members to support and improve the efficiency of Regulatory Services.

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles, preferably within a regulatory or intelligence setting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of intelligence and security protocols.
