Robertson Bell is proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation in their search for a temporary Accounts Payable Officer, initially for a 3-month contract, with strong potential to go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing finance function that offers a flexible hybrid working model – two days in the office (London) and three days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of consolidated invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage employee expenses and company credit card transactions
• Handle queries via a shared inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Support wider finance team as needed in a collaborative environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Immediately available or available on short notice
• Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts payable environment
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable with hybrid working
