Interim Accounts Receivable Analyst | Crypto Scale-Up | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Crypto/FinTech Scale-Up to find them an Interim Accounts Receivable Analyst on an initial 3-month contract.

Our clients are market leading in the Crypto space and are well known for their innovative solutions across trading and custody. They offer a variety of services to their clients which has set them apart from many of their competition, and the company curates a culture of continuous innovation. Despite a relatively challenging 18 months in the Crypto ecosystem, our client has remained resilient and continues to grow at an unprecedented rate.

Based out of their London office, they are looking for a candidate who prefers a hybrid work model and is able to travel into the office 2-3 days per week. Team collaboration is important for them, especially during this interim period as the company enters a significant period of growth.

The Role

The AR Analyst will be pivotal in the end-to-end accounts receivable function from generating invoices to collections. The ability to partner across departments is essential to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner. This role will also allow the successful candidate to have their input on the adoption of procedures and control processes, working closely with the AR Manager.

Duties

• Interacting with customers as well as internal managers.
• Be a key part of the end-to-end accounts receivable function.
• Business partnering with the sales and accountant management teams.
• Work closely with trading and treasury teams to manage exposures on invoice settlements made with crypto.
• Contact clients to ensure timely payment.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure contract values and payment terms are accurately reported.
• Make recommendations to your line manager to streamline processes.
• Reconciling all AR accounts to the group ledger.
• Investigating discrepancies in billings and liaising with team members on the approval of invoices raised to clients.

Essential Skills

• 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
• Ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communicator.
• Ability to work with a high volume of clients and work efficiently.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Scale-up business.
• Awareness/understanding of financial controls and accounts receivable reporting requirements.
• Strong excel skills.

Bonus Skills

• Previously worked in a Tech enabled start-up or scale-up.

Day Rate: £175-£225/day

Start Date: ASAP

Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Contract Length: 3 Months.
