A leading creative agency in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Interim Bookkeeper to support its finance team during a busy period. Known for delivering bold and immersive brand experiences, the business works with global clients across events and marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and finance expertise will make an immediate impact.

• Manage purchase ledger transactions: coding, approvals, and supplier reconciliations

• Oversee the sales ledger, issuing invoices and tracking receipts

• Assist with credit control and manage finance-related queries

• Support month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting

• Contribute to VAT preparation and HMRC compliance

• Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and assist with ad hoc admin tasks

• Strong bookkeeping or finance assistant experience

• Confident in purchase and sales ledger management

• Experience with month-end close and accounting systems (Sage/Xero preferred)

• Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently and thrive in a deadline-driven environment

• AAT qualified or studying

• Experience in the creative or events industry

• Flexible start and initial 3-month contract
