  • Residential Care Market Development: Develop and innovate approaches to shaping the residential care market, including potential contributions to children’s home development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for children in care.
  • Fee Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate fees and manage relationships with multiple providers to optimise resources and service provision.
