Interim Corporate Counsel

This is an Interim Position for a Corporate Counsel to join a large organisation with offices based in Cheltenham.

This organisation manufacture a wide range of products for customers around the world.

Description

The Interim Corporate Counsel position will involve the following tasks:

• Manage all corporate transactions
• Overseeing any M&A activities ranging from restructuring, refinancing, equity investment and acquisitions from competitors
• Legal Entity incorporation
• Manage the groups insurance programme including annual renewals
• Manage broker/insurer partnerships
• Working closely with external counsel on a wide range of matters
• Corporate document drafting and maintaining corporate records

Profile

The successful candidate for the Interim Corporate Counsel should have:

• Qualifications as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
• Experience in corporate law, preferably within an In-house environment
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Offer

This is an Interim role for approximately 3-6 months.
