Interim Credit Controller

iMultiply currently working with a well-established client based in Glasgow who is looking to recruit a Temporary Credit Controller to support their finance function over the next 3-4 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid credit control experience to join a busy and friendly team during a key period for the business.

The Role:

This role will involve managing a ledger of accounts, ensuring timely payments are received, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, so previous experience in a similar position is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding debt by phone and email
• Allocating and reconciling incoming payments
• Handling account queries and resolving disputes
• Monitoring aged debt and preparing reports for management
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
