Interim Credit Controller

Interim Credit Controller | Wigan | Up to £130pd | Immediate Start

A well-established and growing business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interim Credit Controller to join its busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong credit control experience who enjoys building relationships and ensuring accurate financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform credit checks and set up new customer accounts
• Chase outstanding debtor balances via phone and email
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Raise credit notes and manual invoices
• Produce monthly debtor statements and reports for management

About You:

• Previous experience in credit control or sales ledger administration
• Strong Excel and general IT skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and apply the right approach
