Panoramic Associates is looking for an Interim Deputy Manager to help oversee our client's dementia/residential home for older adults in the North West of England.

?? Requirements ??

- Experience of Clinical oversight (Active-PIN preferable but not a requirement)

- Highly Experienced with compliance and governance

- CQC Experience

- Driven to Upskill and Motivate Staff Team

- Experienced with supporting recruitment processes
