Interim Director of Finance - Remote

Are you an experienced Finance Director with a strong commercial background in work-flow analysis, costing, and profitability? Are you looking for an opportunity to drive financial change and implement new processes in a growing organisation?

This organisation is entering a critical period of expansion and seeks a dynamic finance leader to provide strategic oversight and hands-on support. Partnering closely with the CFO  you will play a key role in reviewing financial performance, pricing key services, and leading change projects.This role is fully remote. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial oversight of high-value contract bids
• Review financial returns on existing complex contracts
• Work with external consultants on value for money and performance reviews Implement scenario planning to mitigate financial risks
• Establish internal processes for inter-group recharges

Person Specification:

• Previous Finance Director experience in a commercial setting
• Strong background in costing, affordability, and profitability analysis
• Proven success in leading time-limited change projects
• Ability to engage and build relationships with non-finance stakeholders
• Hands-on approach to embedding new financial processes
