Interim Employee Relations Specialist

3 month contract

Hampshire and surrounding

£15 - £17 per hour PAYE

A Hampshire based NfP organisation are looking to recruit an Interim ER Specialist to join them on 3-month contract.

Interim Employee Relations Specialist - Skills and Experience

Experience of working with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice
Experience of TUPE would be an advantage
Expertise in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework
Ability to coach managers on all aspects of HR/ER & Recruitment
