Interim ER Advisor

Your new company
You will be working for a well established energy company in Central London.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with an expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary ER Advisor for an initial period of 1-3 months to cover a sickness leave.

Some duties will include:

• Managing short and long term absence cases with OH referrals
• Flexible Work Requests
• Maternity/Paternity leave
• Sabbatical requests
• Performance Improvement Plans
• Probationary period management/dismissals
• Disciplinary investigations & hearings
• Grievance investigations & hearings

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR role with good employee relations experience.

Ideally you will have shared services experience however this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on previous experience.
