Interim ER Partner

I am urgently seeking an experienced interim ER Partner for an Education provider based in Berkshire. This is an initial 5 to 6 month fixed term contract role at a salary in the range of £55,000 to £66,000 per year depending upon experience and will involve working hybrid (3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home).

Reporting to the AD of HR, you will work alongside the HR Partners and you will focus on Employee Relations casework. The ideal candidate will: -

- have excellent ER casework experience from an NHS or Education setting

- have excellent Employment Law knowledge

- have the ability to understand how to prioritise cases

- have experience of dealing with complex casework

- support HR Advisers where required

The role will involve working on cases involving academics and neuro-diverse employees. Experience of working within a unionised environment will also help.
