Role: Interim Senior Estimator

Rate: £800 per day (Outside)

Location: Hybrid and South-East England

Duration: 6 months

An Interim opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an esteemed Central Government organisation and support their major, construction investment programme.

Work on complex, high-value projects (£multi-million spends), with a national impact, and be part of an organisation which strives for continuous improvement and Commercial innovation.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions to interpret plans and drawings, quantify materials and labour, provide cost estimation on materials, labour equipment and services, carry out risk assessment, and prepare tender and bid documents.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an Estimator for large-scale, civil and construction projects
• Experience with NEC 4 suite of contracts
• Regulated industry experience
• Mechanical and Engineering background

Current, valid, SC Clearance is required
