Description

• Oversee financial planning and budget management functions.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies across all sectors.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions and minimising the impact of variances.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

Profile

A successful Interim FBP should have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Comprehensive understanding of financial trends within the travel sector.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficiency in accounting software and statistical packages.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £62,000.
• Final salary pension scheme.
• Generous holiday leave of 25 days plus 12 bank holidays.
