Interim Finance Business Partner

Robert Walters have partnered with an organisation who are about to embark on a large transformation programme. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join on a 9 month fixed-term contract to assist in this period. As a key member of the finance team you must possess strong stakeholder management, and a passion for optimising business in a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to finance, operations & sales teams.
* Monthly management accounting
* Supporting the new ERP implementation during transformation period
* Driving efficiencies, process, control improvements across management reporting
* Work with stakeholders to drive efficiency, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for your business areas, ensuring alignment with company targets.
* Provide clear financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support performance management and strategic planning.
* Translate financial data into meaningful insight that influences operational outcomes.

About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in management accounting or a finance business partnering role
* Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
