Job: Finance Business Partner (6-9 Month Contract)

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Day rate: £350pd-£450pd

Length of contract: Minimum 6 months

Our client based in St Albans is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis for 6-9 months. This role will suit someone who is used to being hands on, thriving on analysis of financial performance and delivering insights.

Responsibilities include:

• Analysing financial performance across various business units, identifying risks and opportunities
• Delivering insights during monthly reviews, supporting with strategic development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create reports
• Partnering with senior leadership team to guide financial decisions
• Supporting financial and strategic initiatives, translating metrics into meaningful KPIs
• Developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with business' long term strategic plan

The ideal candidate:

• CIMA/ACCA Qualifications or equivalent
• Proven track record of Business Partnering with senior stakeholders and building relationships with non-finance stakeholders
• Highly knowledgeable of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Leadership qualities to influence and drive initiatives without direct reports
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI knowledge

The client is offering c£450pd and a hybrid working model.
