Description

• Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization
• Provide strategic financial advice to the board and other senior stakeholders
• Ensure financial compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Lead and inspire a small finance team
• Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office

Profile

A successful interim Finance Director should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a senior financial role within the not for profit sector
• Minimum 3 days per week in Oxford Office
• Excellent financial analysis and forecasting skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
