We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to support a dynamic and fast-paced business through a period of change. You will play a critical role in driving financial performance and ensuring robust financial controls within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a small team of management and financial accounting professionals.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders.
* Provide hands-on support in a fast-paced environment, driving performance and accountability.
* Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting decision-making.

What We are Looking For:
* A qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* A delivery-focused finance leader with a strong track record in interim roles.
* Demonstrable experience of leading a team through periods of change.
* The ability to work at pace, engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.
