Interim Finance Director

Are you an experienced Finance professional with a commercial approach who would enjoy the opportunity to work for a Charity that is at the heart of it's community ? Do you enjoy being part of a senior management team providing financial insight to support strategy and decision making ? Looking for a role where you can showcase your commercial finance skills ?
Henderson Scott are working with a Sussex based Charity who require an interim Finance Director for a period of twelve months plus. As interim Finance Director you will work closely with the CEO and senior management team to deliver a variety of capital projects and identify new commercial opportunities. As Finance Director you will manage a small team ensuring robust and accurate financial reporting, effectively managing costs whilst overseeing IT.
Successful applicants will have some exposure to the Charity sector whether that be as a Trustee or having worked for a not for profit organisation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of commercial finance, excellent business partnering skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. This role is a hybrid role and could be considered over four or five working days a week.
