Interim Finance Manager

About the Business

An opportunity to become an Interim Finance Manager for an 18 month contract. This job is for a global business that creates a great workplace. This contract will be on a day rate of £350 - £375 a day.

Main Duties:

As an Interim Finance Manager, your main duties include:

• Accurately submit local accounts within Corporate Systems, ensuring timely completion in line with Divisional and Corporate reporting requirements via HFM/Hyperion.
• Oversee Engineering Budgets, including monthly results reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and close collaboration with the Engineering Director to provide financial analysis and feedback.
• Generate Engineering Program Status reports, incorporating historical and forecasted data to assess the overall profitability of development projects.
• Monitor and manage free cash flow reporting while overseeing monthly Risk & Opportunities assessments.
• Carry out monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle Quarterly Attest responsibilities, preparing Corporate Schedules for submission to Divisional Finance.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls through independent testing and completion of required procedures.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Location / Office / Culture

The offices are located in Coventry, you will have a hybrid split with a couple of days working from home.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Experience in a financial accounting environment
• Excellent IT skills
