Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager - up to 12 month FTC

I'm delighted to be partnered with a well-known organisation based in the Wigan area. They are in need of a Finance Manager, initially on a contract basis however the likelihood of this role becoming longer-term/permanent is high.

You will be directly managing 2 members of staff. This will be a fast-paced, all-encompassing role that's integral to this arm of the organisation.

Key duties:

• Overall P&L and balance sheet responsibility
• Accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
• Line management and training/development
• Preparation of the annual budgets and customer forecasts to strict timelines and standards
• Partner with non-finance areas of the business
• Assisting with information gathering for new business bids
• Reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators

What you'll bring:

• Ideally fully/part-qualified Accountant - though somebody QBE could be considered
• Previous experience managing employees
• Excellent IT skills
• An analytical approach to your work
