• Supervise the accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal control policies.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
