Interim Finance Manager FP&A

Are you a commercial finance professional with a flair for financial planning, analysis, and process improvement?

Location: Nottingham / Hybrid or condensed hours over four days/ contract

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, enhance financial processes, and deliver impactful analysis to guide strategic decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in improving reporting systems and ensuring financial data is accurate and actionable.

• Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting systems
• Support the month-end close process and management account preparation
• Analyse data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting to inform senior leadership decisions
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial planning

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in month-end reporting and financial analysis
• Confident with financial modelling and data interpretation
• Available to start a short notice
