Interim Finance System Analyst

The Interim Finance System Analyst will be first point of contact for issue resolution and queries connected with Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial system. They will also support financial procedures and delivery from a system perspective.

Description

• First point of contact for issue resolution and queries connected with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ensure stakeholders change request are promptly actioned subject to their adherence to chart of accounts
• Act as system custodian ensuring the completeness and integrity of the finance IT system
• Assist in the development of finance system controls to ensure they are robust and efficient
• Maintaining, creating or updating the approval workflow within D365 purchase order system
• Update procedure manuals for all finance systems and support training of staff
• Carry out finance system tasks including month end tasks
• Support the delivery of continuous performance improvements across the finance function
• Support annual and final audit delivery from a finance system perspective

Profile

A successful Interim Finance System Analyst should have:

• Experienced in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experienced of maintaining a robust finance IT control environment
• Experienced of working with large volumes of financial transactions
• Good understanding of finance processes and procedures
