Interim Financial Accountant

Interim Financial Accountant | Weybridge - Multinational business, hands-on role covering AP, invoice processing, intercompany loans, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations.

We're working with a multinational business to recruit an Interim Financial Accountant. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.

The role
As Interim Financial Accountant, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial management, with key responsibilities including:

• Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process

• Overseeing bank accounts, payments, and employee expenses

• Posting journals for assets, liabilities, and expenses

• Weekly cash forecasting and monitoring

• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving issues

• Supporting audits and collaborating with internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

• AAT (or equivalent)

• Experience working in a multinational environment

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems (SAP desirable)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Proactive problem-solving approach
