Interim Financial Accounting & Tax Manager

We are seeking an Interim Financial Accounting & Tax Manager to join an award-winning international services group on an interim basis as the organisation goes through major transformational change. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to lead statutory reporting, manage audits, and shape the tax strategy for the UK division, whilst the permanent Manager is on secondment.

The role can be either as a Day Rate (up to £400 Umbrella) or on a Fixed Term Contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing UK statutory reporting and group consolidation
• Lead on UK tax and internal controls
• Managing the annual external audit and impairment assessments
• Acting as primary liaison with tax advisors, HMRC, and pension providers
• Leading on VAT submissions and financial control improvements

The ideal candidate:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, preferably with a practice background
• Immediately available essential
• Group reporting and consolidation experience (in Hyperion or similar)
• Experience with pension schemes is advantageous

This is an excellent six-month role that will support the organisation in a high-impact role as it spearheads the group's dynamic transformation project.
