Interim Financial Controller

Talent Finance are currently partnering with an international business based in Surrey, who are seeking an interim Financial Controller to join them for the next 3 months with a strong possibility for an extension depending on the needs of the project.

This Interim Financial Controller role requires is a hands-on, analytical Qualified Finance professional who has an investigative mindset and a drive to challenge the status quo.

The main requirement of this role is to optimise processes, enhance efficiencies and offer Financial support for the wider business, business partnering with key individuals both internal and external to be a key link during this busy period.

This role provides a great mix of responsibilities between typical financial activities such as getting involved in month end processes and activity as well as future proofing finance activities via process improvement and identifying automation options.

We would love to speak to you if you have the following skillset

- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/C.A

- SAP or ORACLE experience

- Advanced Excel

- Experience working in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Our client is looking for an individual to start as soon as possible and due to the nature of the role, whilst there is flexibility, certainly in the first instance to get up to speed and to really imbed into the business, processes and build stakeholder relationships, you would be required to be onsite circa 4 days per week although there would be increased flexibility over time.
