Interim Financial Controller - Events & Hospitality

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an exciting events & hospitality client who are looking for an interim Financial Controller for an initial 12 month period.

As the interim Financial Controller, this will report directly into the Finance Director and have exposure to all areas of finance, playing a pivotal role in developing the department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own the month end close process
• Produce & present the monthly board pack for directors
• Manage the year end audit
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget & forecasts
• Oversee the transactional finance function, AP & AR
• Oversee all payment & payroll processes
• Ad hoc finance tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant
• Previous events & hospitality experience
• Previous experience running a month end & year end process
• Advanced excel skills
• Brilliant communication skills and ability to present to board level
