Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

An award-winning television production studio, delivering content for major broadcasters and streaming platforms. As the business enters a key phase of growth, they are seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager to join their London-based team on an initial 6-month contract.

Your new role
As Commercial FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the studio's financial strategy and commercial insight. You'll be responsible for:

• Developing a multi-year strategic business model grounded in key drivers and growth initiatives.
• Building scenario plans to stress test the business and guide decision-making.
• Creating monthly performance dashboards focused on financial and commercial KPIs.
• Designing processes to track the value of the production slate.
• Analysing secondary sales of owned IP and building predictive forecasting models.
• Supporting investment appraisals, M&A diligence, and greenlight decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate planning (within media or entertainment).
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Experience in production finance and understanding of IP revenue models.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
