Interim FP&A Analyst

Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall

Duration: 6-9 months

Rate: Up to £300 per day

About Us: Hays are working with a dynamic hospitality organisation based in the beautiful town of Wadebridge, Cornwall. The organisation pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and experiences to their customers. Hays are currently seeking an experienced Interim FP&A professional to join their team and support their financial planning and analysis functions.
Role Overview: As an interim for FP&A, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to our management team. This position requires a commitment of 4 days on-site per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.

Requirements:

• Ideally, a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Consideration will also be given to candidates who are qualified by experience (QBE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
