Interim FP&A Manager

Are you a commercially-minded FP&A Manager who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments? Do you enjoy owning the planning cycle end-to-end and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions?

We’re partnering with a high-growth business to find an experienced FP&A professional who can shape and run the budgeting process in a business that values insight, agility, and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full budgeting cycle: Own timelines, stakeholder communications, and submissions across all departments.
• Business partnering: Work closely with department leads (e.g., VP of HR, CMO, Customer Service, Engineering) to support and challenge their plans.
• Reporting & Insight: Deliver monthly management accounts and contribute to quarterly shareholder reports and board packs.
• Tailor your approach: Understand the nuance of each team from complex customer service models to straightforward engineering needs.
• Data accuracy & collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the wider finance team to ensure all data is aligned, timely, and accurate.
• Planning cadence: Lead three planning cycles per year including a full annual cycle and two reforecasts.
• Tooling: Use Excel to build models that support decision-making. Anaplan experience is a plus but not essential.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in FP&A roles, ideally in a high-growth business
• Proven track record of owning and running full planning cycles independently
• Strong Excel modelling skills to support commercial decision-making
• Confident communicator with experience presenting insights to senior leadership
• Comfortable in evolving or unstructured environments someone who enjoys making sense of ambiguity and driving clarity
• Experience supporting departmental budgets and adapting your style to different stakeholders
