The Role:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Interim Governance Manager. This is a key role in their business and you’ll be reporting to the Director of Business Services. In this role you’ll role will be pivotal to the board’s success ensuring that all parties are kept up to date, information is produced on time and accurately and ensuring that their compliance and governance are maintained.
You’ll also be an ambassador, developing strong relationships with their partners, stakeholders, board members and customers.

For this role our client is looking for someone who has supported at board level and ideally has worked in a regulated organisation. You may have already gained ICSA or professional legal qualification (member or studying) or able to demonstrable company secretarial experience (desirable)

£43,808
Hours:
37.5 hours Monday - Friday
