Interim Group Finance Manager | PE-Backed SaaS Scale-Up | 6-month

The Client

Harmonic are excited to be partnering with a SaaS Scale-up who are backed by a notably Private Equity fund, to find them an excellent Group Finance Manager. Initially a 6-month day rate contract, there is the potential of going permanent thereafter.

Our client has international offices in the US, UK and Europe and is set for rapid expansion with ARR forecasted to reach $80m in 2025. They have already achieved profitability and truly are innovators in their space, with a number of applicable B2B products. They have a team of bright, passionate people with experience in leading Tech and SaaS scale-ups who are motivated to build a truly unique business.

The Role

The Finance Manager will offer support to the Head of Finance & CFO, with a focus on multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, as well as optimisation of their finance systems and processes. They also require someone hands on who is able to get into the detail within a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up to ensure the finance function is robust and ready for scaling.

Responsibilities

• Multi entity & multi-currency consolidations (UK, US, France)
• Develop robust financial controls which are built for scaling.
• Ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations.
• Streamline Reporting Process.
• Implement necessary processes to drive efficiency across the finance function.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience of Scaling a UK finance function.
• Multi-entity consolidations experience, UK & US experience essential.
• Prior experience of investor reporting, ideally in a PE backed business.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in a Private Equity Backed business, with a strong understanding of the reporting requirements.
• Experience using NetSuite
• Experience as a finance manager/financial controller within a B2B SaaS business.

Day Rate: £350-£450/day

Location London (2-3 days per week in office)

Start Date Within 2 weeks.
