Interim Head of Capital Programme Delivery

Teqniq is searching for a Interim Head of Capital Programme Delivery to work in the public sector.

Job Description:

Working from home arrangements 2-3 days a week to be agreed at interview.

Preferred start date 19 May.

Proposed interview dates / Dates the manager is on leave or unavailable TBA once candidates shortlisted.

At least 3 bullet points listing preferred experience and skill set from a suitable candidate.

1. Experienced Head of Capital Programme Delivery, within social housing.

2. Ideally experience of working within Political Environments.

3. Knowledge of following programmes:

Decent Homes

K&B

Roofing

Doors and Windows

Building Safety

Fire Doors

External Walls

AOVs

Structural Projects

Environmental/Sustainability/Retrofit

Quals / training required As appropriate for the role.
