About the client
Morgan Law are seeking an interim Head of Finance for a Charity in the Bristol area.

Accountabilities

• Management of the FA and Payments team and support with everyday tasks.
• Support with the completion of the annual report and accounts.
• Work closely with the FA and Interim FA to ensure data is captured correctly so that the charity's partial VAT is correctly calculated.
• Work closely with the Finance System Implementation Support role to maintain the system integrity
• Support payments team in understanding how to set up invoice templates appropriately
• Support FP&R team in wider comms to charity about changes to VAT capture and reporting

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified CCAB/CIMA accountant
• Qualified Accountant with several years PQE and charity experience
• Very strong charity VAT knowledge and understanding
• Assertive and strong communication skills with excellent listening skills together with persuasive analytical skills
