Interim Head of Finance

We are recruiting an interim Head of Finance for our healthcare services client based in Nuneaton starting asap for a 6 month contract.

The role is responsible for the operational success of the Finance department and for ensuring that the accounts and external reports are robust and reliable in line with policies and procedures. Additionally the HoF will provide management accounting support to the business including the provision of analysis and KPI reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide quality on time management reporting on a monthly basis that clearly highlights the performance of the business
• Ensure all reporting to investors is delivered in a timely and accurate fashion including weekly flash reporting
• Provide management with KPIs that measure the efficiency of Company resources and assets
• Work with the Chairman, CEO, COO and Non Exec Directors to ensure success of financial plans
• Be responsible for financial forecasts & the short/ medium-term term cash flow forecast
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll
• Ensure efficient and effective credit control, accounts payable and bookkeeping functions within the team
• Manage the statutory reporting process.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a similar HoF /FC role within an SME. You must be a self starter with strong communication skills and understand the importance of relationship development. Team management skills are essential as well as the ability to mentor and develop.
